Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, No-Show, and Rescheduling Policy No Refunds: All payments for our services are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed. Cancellation Policy: To avoid any fees, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. If you cancel on the day of the service, a $50 fee will be charged. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, a $50 fee will be charged. This fee applies only to no-shows and cancellations made on the day of the service. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling on the day of the service will be treated as a cancellation and incur the $50 fee. By booking our services, you agree to these terms. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that our time and resources are respected.
